Costa Rica Beaches

A beach in Costa Rica is something unlike many other beaches around the world. It may sound strange, but the beaches are in most cases completely free of salespeople trying to sell you food, sunchairs or other tourist related items




Many of the most popular beaches have also been cleaned up a lot the last 3-4 years as Costa Rica have entered in the toursit race. To really enhance the visitors enjoyment, the cleaner beaches and clean water have increased the rating a lot.

You will still have to remeber that you are visiting a tropical beach though, there are tropical animals like monkeys, iguanas and around many beaches will you find the normal assortment of tropical animals.

Be Prepared!
Bring sun-lotion, insect repellant, plenty of water (if possible enough to clean the salt sea water out of your face and hair after swimming) and food that can take a couple of days in the heat with you. Plus the normal tourist related things like, hat, camera, videorecorder and so on.
